It's a very big day for us! We finally poured concrete.
Up until this point, it hasn't felt real. It's been a "when" we build this house not a "WE ARE BUILDING THIS HOUSE." For some reason, the concrete made it feel real. Permanent.
Concrete also made it easier to see the land and the plot we chose to build on. Now y’all see why we loved this piece of land so much! We got very lucky when this property hit the market. The Zillow listing had the wrong address which meant you really had to drive around to find it. When we did, we just knew. We saw the potential through the thick brush and tricky elevation and are finally seeing this dream come to life!
