Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC are done!

 That's right. This is a big step in the build process and we are through it. 

Lot's of updates to share below and tons of little pictures from the process. It's a lot y'all. People and materials everywhereeeeeeeee. 

It's been a few weeks of work for the plumber first. He's been at the house off and on for roughly 4 weeks working on all the things. One of the most exciting is seeing our Moen Smart Shower System installed. We will talk more about this in a later blog post, but for now, you can read up on the system HERE and scroll to the bottom of the post to shop all the things we are installing.

 Electrical came in next. They wrapped up after a couple days and just wow. They were a very impressive group. As y'all know, we are doing a full smart home plus also running a woodworking/candle studio with alllllll the things so we had a lot electrical requests. 

We didn't count but if we are guessing, our A/V room probably has 30-50 ethernet cords alone running into it. So, they were busy and they had a lot of work ahead of them.

Next up, HVAC. Technically they were at the same time as electrical. And both were there while the plumber was still trying to adjust a few things on his end. So, again, very, very busy. And very, very messy. Lol. But, they managed to finish their job in one day. A very quick and very good job on their end. 

So, what's next? Insulation!
