Say hello to the best darn cookies you'll ever eat. No seriously, they are that good.
This recipe can be easily adapted and changed based on your "add-ins". For me, I like a sweet and soft cookie with a bit of a nutty crunch. So I used mini white chocolate chips and pecans for this recipe. You could easily just do regular chocolate chips or butterscotch chips and I think pistachios sound sooooo good. The recipe is at the bottom of the post [because I hate those blogs where they expect you to read a million steps twice.] I also juts scanned in my handwritten recipe this time! If it's too difficult to read or if you prefer for me to type them out, please please pleas just let me know!
