If I had to pick one trend this fall that I love the most it would be this one. Layering is always on trend but layer sweaters over "summery" dresses is my current favorite. Because the weather in Texas is so back-and-forth, I have learned that layering is my friend.
Growing up in Tennessee, I was used to having all four seasons. In Texas, you get one and a half: all summer with like one month of cold. And the worst part is that the cold days are never consistent. One day it's warm and the next it's chilly. UGH!
By wearing a summery dress with a sweater over the top, I am able to dress for the weather more effectively.
