Our Intimate Wedding

Hi there and HAPPY NEW YEAR! We are excited to start off 2019 by sharing the most magical and memorable day of our lives with you! For those of you that don't know, we spent the last few weeks of December getting married and honeymooning HARD. After a much needed break, we are back in Austin and grinding to create TONS of new content for y'all!

Up first,  all the details of our wedding! Before we dive in, I want to say one thing I've said before but want to reiterate....Our wedding was intimate. Before you freak out and think we didn't invite you, it's important for us to say the following: for us, it wasn't about planning for a wedding...it was about planning for our marriage.
Our wedding was about us. ONLY US.

We decided to marry in a tiny ceremony in downtown Austin at the historic and stunning Travis County Courthouse on Guadalupe. We decided to get married on a random Monday in December....December 17th to be exact. A little before 1:30pm, we said our vows in front of our witnesses: Eddie's mom and our fabulous photographer and friend, Hannah Haston. It took less than 20 minutes from start to finish, but those 20 minutes were EVERYTHING.

We spent the next hour and a half grabbing some photos outside the courthouse, the capital building, and around downtown Austin. We then headed home, changed clothes, grabbed our luggage, and were off to Houston for a celebratory dinner, a 3 hour "nap" in our hotel, and then to the airport for our 5am flight to Belize! (Don't worry, we are sharing all the honeymoon details soon too!)

Below are a few of our favorite photos Hannah took of our big day! To everyone who sent texts, called, emailed, DM'ed etc, THANK YOU.  Even though our wedding was private, all of y'all were there in spirit.
