I'm a shoe person...always have been. A few weeks ago when I discovered Colchester Rubber Company on Instagram, I fell in love. Think Converse 2.0. I know what you're thinking, how could any shoe be better than converse. Imagine the low profile style of Converse but with more color, design, and one-of-a-kind elements that take this from a "day-to-day" sneaker right out on the town for date night.
Below I have styled my favorite pair: the Harry Lew Signature 1902 Vintage Sneaker in Midnight Black. They feature the signature Colchester sole and are actually extremely comfortable from day 1. There truly wasn't that awkward few days of blisters and foot pain. They just fit!
TIP: They run a little on the large size!
The shorts are a recent purchase from STRUT. They are the color of fall (MUSTARD!) and are a great transition from the hot and humid summers in Texas. Let's face it, it just doesn't cool off around here! I threw on one of my favorite tees from DAYDREAMER. While this exact tee is sold out, I've linked a similar style HERE. The best part about their tees? The soft material that truly gives the tops a vintage look and feel. Totally worth the splurge in my opinion!
